New Class in Raleigh!You asked and I listened! A new class is starting in Raleigh this month! Next week, actually! Check out the schedule below. Fall Belly Dance ClassesReal Fitt1500 Brookside Drive, Raleigh, NC 27604
Andalee's newest class will focus on basic technique, fun shimmy drills, and learning how to connect with you body and spirit! Suitable for all shapes, sizes and activity levels, but you will get a work out! This class will focus on improving flexibility, conditioning the body in order to do the movements properly, and building stamina. You will learn basic belly dance techniques that focus on the core aspects of the dance. Wear comfortable clothes. Pants or shorts are preferred as we may stretch on the floor. Bring water. Dance shoes and hip scarves are optional. Signing up for a whole session and attending classes consecutively is strongly encouraged as each class will build upon the previous classes. New students may try one class per session on a complimentary basis. If you decide to enroll, this class will be counted as your first class; payment will be due by the beginning of your second class. Upcoming performances and workshops
October 2, 2010: NCBellydance.org Fundraiser and Workshop. Andalee's current dance teacher, Deirdre, will be teaching a workshop during the day. You do not want to miss what Deirdre has in her repertoire. That night there will be a great show and Auction at Barriskill Dance in Durham. Andalee will be performing with Khahari for the first time in more than a year. This is bound to be a spectacular day!
